The Client

Lux Garden Rooms are a Manchester business who design and build high-quality garden rooms for homeowners looking to add valuable extra space to their homes. They specialise in building the likes of garden offices, garden gyms, business studios and saunas - all of the spaces are absolutely stunning.

We've worked together on an ongoing basis, covering SEO and building out key landing pages.

The Challenge

Founded in 2021, Lux Garden Rooms were an early stage but established business when they first got in touch in 2024. They were getting work entirely through word of mouth and some Facebook advertising.

The problem was that word of mouth alone couldn't fill a reliable pipeline. The Facebook ads were messy and long-winded, attracting a lot of time wasters rather than genuine enquiries. They needed a more consistent, reliable source of leads - and that's where SEO and a stronger website came in to attract inbound enquiries.

What I Did

  • SEO strategy and on-going website and GBP optimisation

  • Built out key landing pages

  • Continued monthly support with regular published content

Next up for Lux is a complete website overhaul and redesign, which I’ll be starting Summer 2026.

The Results

  • 1,200% increase in enquiries from organic search (Jan 2025 vs Jan 2026)

  • Page views up from 438 (March 2025) to 3,900 (March 2026) - all organic, no paid ads

  • A healthy, growing pipeline of business for 2026
